How to Check-In and Check-Out?

The guests’ requests for early check-in or late-check-outs will be based on the availability of our hotel rooms.

How to book a Reservation?

When you book directly with us, you have a dedicated and direct access to our team and you can be sure of getting the very best available rate. Reservations made on a 3rd party website or with travel agent or corporate will be subject to the terms and conditions of the 3rd party.

How is Taxi Transportation provided?

At Casa D’or Hotel, we offer a private taxi from your location to the hotel. It can be from the Beirut International Airport to Casa D’or and usually, it costs only $25 US. The route taken will determine the traffic but at most, it will take 25 minutes only. You will find all the prices in Casa Do’r Hotel’s reception area and in your room’s information desk. This service charges you directly to your account. The hotel is only 15-minute drive from Beirut Rafik Hariri International Airport – 9 KM away, to be specific.

What are the Payment Policies?

Once you book in Casa D’or Hotel, you give the hotel the right to pre-authorize your cards even prior to your arrival. You can pay through Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Cheque or Money Transfer.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If you book rooms our hotel during the low season, your cancellations will still be free of charge or restrictions – but if you happen to do it in the peak seasons, the reservation payments should not be later than 2 days prior to your arrival – if so, you will be penalized and pay 100% on your first night.

What are the Documents required upon check in?

You need to provide a valid Passport ID, Driver’s License, or IDs for Locals.

What is the Miscellaneous?

Because there are some people who have allergic reactions to pets, we implemented a "No Pets Policy" at Casa D’or.
As for Parking, it is available at the front of the hotel and our bellboy can manage your parking whenever you need it.

Rooms & Suites

What is Maximum Occupancy?

In every room, there are only a certain number of occupants that should stay in the room.

  • Standard Single Rooms: 1 person

  • Double Rooms: 2 persons

  • Deluxe Double Room: 2 persons

  • Junior Suites and Executive Rooms: 3 Persons maximum ( additional person will be charged 25 USD )

  • Business Suite: 4 persons maximum ( 3rd and 4th person will be charged 25 USD )

*all children under 3 years old are free of any charge
*depending on the room type, the room is only granted 1 extra bed or crib.

How is Housekeeping conducted?

All the occupied rooms at Casa D’or Hotel will be serviced up to 17:00. All those who return after this time and miss the DND sign, they will miss the chance of having a full service in the room. However, our staff will empty the garbage bins, towels, and other amenities.There is a safe box inside each room – for security purposes, we’ll ask our guests to put their valuables inside the safety box. Whenever you need any kind of assistance, you can always call our front desk.

How is Laundry and Dry Clean managed?

Our laundry service at Casa D’or Hotel entails a dry cleaning service. You can avail the service between 7 AM to 11 AM and then receive your laundry back at around 6 PM of the same day. Clothes rendered after 11 AM will be returned before 11 AM of the next day. You can also choose the express service, which allows you to get the laundry back just after 2 hours. You will see the laundry bags inside your closets and give the front desk a call whenever you want to avail our laundry and dry cleaning services. You will also see the price list in our front desk.

What is the Lost and Found Policy?

Casa D’or Hotel will not be responsible for any of your lost, stolen, or damaged valuable items. We have a safety deposit facility in our hotel and each of the rooms have a safety deposit box – sufficient enough to guarantee the security of your things. We have a complete record of lost items and it’s kept inside our Lost and Found Safety Box. We will not be held accountable if the owner does not claim their things within 90 days – moreover, it will be given to charity or will be discarded once the 90 days are over.

What is the Fire Safety Policy?

Our hotel is equipped with complete smoke and fire detectors, as well as emergency evacuation plans in all rooms and facilities. There is a Fire Instruction Folder in your room and follow the plan whenever there is an emergency.

Food and Beverage

How is Food and Beverage handled?

Our Room Service is available starting from 7 AM until midnight. You can ask for in-room dining from our restaurant within this time. Open buffet breakfast is served at the main restaurant offering a wide variety of savory and sumptuous Lebanese cuisine breakfast. If you like to order food and beverage from outside the Hotel, you have to receive the delivered food in the Lobby Area.
